Empath Series: What is a Soul Call (part 3) or I know I come across as a mad person, but….

One of the things with Soul Calls is that you may feel very awkward or embarrassed passing the message on. The Fear of looking foolish or deluded tends to stop us from doing so.

For instance, I deal with people who are sometimes under, what you could term, Psychic Attacks. This is a topic for another blog, but in short, it’s an attack from another person, or something in the astral that is dong on a mental level.

I know they are real. I’ve spent my entire life learning about, and dealing with them, but try telling someone, who you don’t know, that they are under psychic attack.

Not only does it sound crazy, but you would feel that the chances are that they will question your sanity and credibility.

And yet, that’s exactly what I’ve had to do from time to time. As I know better nowadays to ignore such calls, I just pass on the message, and explain what I’m getting. I’ve yet to have someone tell me that I’m crazy. In fact, I get the opposite. They say: that makes sense and explains a lot.

Fortunately, not everything sounds as crazy, but even telling someone they are possibly an Empath can be a challenge.

I have noted that as it’s the message they need to hear, the chances of them actually dismissing you as a nutter are very small. At least in my experience and I’ve had 100s of such calls.

Generally, I find that people shift in and out of your life as needed. I cannot recall the amount of people I’ve been called on to help, and who have moved on just as quickly. From time to time, I might hear from them, and be told that I’ve made a difference. That’s always heartening to know.

I’ve also sent out Soul Calls, too. The thing that amazes me is how quickly they can be answered. I’ve seen it as fast as the next day when I’ve asked for answers to a question I needed to know.

Every so often, I’ll put out a call for my soul family to come and find me, and sure enough, they will do so. I’ve even had people tell me that they felt a compulsion to contact me, even though they weren’t sure if I would even read their e-mails.

Anyone reading this particular entry is not doing it by chance. It is because it contains information that you will need at some point.

Nothing is random.

Right now, my main pull it is to put out as much information as I can, on this blog, about Empaths, Depression, Healing, and many other subjects. I don’t know how many will read it. I guess that doesn’t matter. I know that those who need to find it will.

Phony psychics and faked paranormal or why are my eyes tearing up?

They are out there in abundance and they hurt those who are really trying to demonstrate that the paranormal side of life is real, is happening and people are experiencing it.

A quick browse through You Tube with the keyword ghost will produce a multitude of videos that claim to be real, but are not.

Some are poltergeist activity caught on tape, others are ghosts that just happen to be captured while someone decided to film some place for no apparent reason.

Mixed in there, are some examples that feel quite genuine, but thanks to all the other videos, they get lost, discredited or dismissed out of hand.

Sadly, there are many out there who pretend to be psychics while using the tricks of a stage magician.

One of the more notorious ones that come to mind from my childhood is Uri Geller. Everything he did was totally contrary to how a person with true psychic abilities would act and use his abilities.

I mean, seriously, if you really had telekinetic powers, would you spend them all bending keys and spoons? Why not just move something with your mind if you’re that powerful? Why all the window dressing? Fortunately, many of his tricks have been revealed, but people like him hurt the psychic community a lot. Sceptics come out and use them as proof that psychics and spirits don’t exist. Sadly, they go to the other extreme, though I do respect the work they do.

As an Empath, you can normally tell what is real and what is faked. When you hit upon something that is real, your eyes will start to pickle, and tear up, even though you are not sad or emotional in any way. I guess that is the equivalent to goose bumps, which is that shiver that goes through you and you feel your skin start to literally crawl.

I used to experience the tearing eye phenomenon all the time, and could never work out what it was. No one was able to tell me either. Eventually, I understood that it was when I hit on a truth that was connected to the astral / spirit levels, it would happen. When I saw something that felt real, I would break into tears. I still do. It’s both disturbing and absorbing at the same time.

I know I’m not the only one who experiences this and for those of you who do, it’s an excellent way to determine if something is real or faked.

Personally, when something is faked, even if I don’t know anything about it, I will feel a sense of extreme annoyance and irritation about the subject. I will get feelings of belligerence and anger. If I look closer, it’s because it’s a subject that’s being touted as real or true, and people believe in it.

It’s the belief in this subject that causes those feelings. If the truth comes out that it is fake, those feelings dissipate.

For those of you reading my blogs, I would hope you would use those feelings to see if what I write about feels true, and resonates.

There are genuine psychics and genuine sightings out there. Some are indeed caught on video. Use your feelings to determine the ones that are real.

Empath series – Spirits, ghosts, negative entities and all those fun things that can’t possibly exist.

Psychics and the spirit world.

Here’s the problem with empaths and other sensitive people: They see and sense and even hear things that others generally do not.

Scientifically, such things are hard to prove, if not impossible, as what we experience cannot always be recreated and tested under lab conditions.

I was listening to an old podcast the other day, and it was said that there are no haunted houses, only haunted people.

I thought about this and I think that’s a fairly accurate statement because sensitive people are the ones who will pick up on areas that have a higher amount of activity occurring. Someone who is not able to pick up such things will experience nothing noticeable happening, though that doesn’t mean they are not being affected. I’m sure there are plenty of sceptics who have suffered depression from unknown causes and the draining of their energies.

There are certainly those who love to mock those who do sense and see spirits and that’s okay. We need perspective. We need to not fall into the trap where we read every little sign as something paranormal, even when it may not be, and can be proven as such.

Still, I wonder just how many of these sceptics have put themselves into places where such activity is high?

I only muse on this subject because psychics, empaths, and sensitive people can, and do see things that do exist on other levels.  They may not have the ability to interpret the information correctly, after all, it is just another sense and not even our normal five senses will always be correct. Just ask someone who is colour blind if that’s not true.

As scary as it is for some, entities, spirits, beings, elemental energies do exist.  The normal person in the street may not see them, but that doesn’t mean they are not there.

Those who can detect them will be under no doubt that what they see is real to them, even if they do believe they are, perhaps, crazy.

I don’t believe they are, though. Everything exists on some level and some people are just more adapt, and attuned, at seeing them.

For those following this blog, I need to make it clear that I believe that these things do exist, and the reason why is because there will be blogs which will cover these things which will be important for empaths, especially those who are suffering from depression.

Spirit Guides – Part 5 – Some guides just have no sense of humour…

Discovering the Dakini – Part 3

Guides are certainly not easy to proof that they exist, though I think I’ve had more than my fair share of proof over the years.

For instance, in regards to the Dakini, I remember when I was 12 or 13, I would see these beings flash into existence around me and dance.  It was always to the song Fantasy by Earth Wind and Fire.

From what I have found on the net, the beings do dance and when I’ve mentioned them  to other psychic friends, they say they seem them dancing around them, too.

I also noticed that the message ‘You still have no idea who we really are’ had finally stopped after all those years, which is what happens when I finally understand a message.

It’s clear to me that throughout my life, the Dakini have guided, protected and worked extremely hard to ensure I was on this path. The scope of their work is just mind boggling when I look at it with 20/20 sight.

They don’t seem to have much of a sense of humour about me being attacked and I’ve seen people come to grief who have attacked me without provocation. Many are the times when they’ve told me that if someone does not stop attacking me behind my back, they will take care of it and every time they have been right about who has been attacking me.

For instance, there was one time at my job where this work colleague was relentlessly attacking me behind my back (even though he had nothing to do with my job and I had no reason to suspect him.)  Let’s call him John. The Dakini said to me on several occasions that  John was attacking me, and that if he didn’t stop doing it, they would do something about it.

As time wore on, I started to hear from others that this was in fact happening, though John’s demeanour would suggest that butter wouldn’t melt in this mouth.

Then one day, while I was working back, he suddenly fell over, face first, for no apparent reason.  I had a nasty niggle that there was more to this than met the eye, but as he suffered from a muscular disorder, I thought it was something that was more likely to happen than not.

Then a while later, the Dakini suddenly asked me one night, as I was getting ready to sleep, if I wanted to send healing to John. I said, of course, and focused on sending light and healing, knowing that it would only help him when he was ready.

The next day he failed to turn up to work, and the day after that. Eventually, I was told that he had fallen forwards, and in an effort to brace his fall, fell on his hand, breaking it.

I asked the Dakini if they had anything to with this incident, and while they remained somewhat cagey, they did point out that I could absolved myself of any negative attacks on him as I had been sending healing the night before.

It is certainly worth noting that when he did return to work, he told me that he no longer was getting involved in office politics and keeping out of everything, and the attacks from him stoped. He also departed the office about six months later, and my work life was much more pleasant because of it as he was no longer turn my own staff against me.

This certainly was not the only incident of its kind, but it is one that stood out to me at the time.

Also, many messages that they have relentlessly give sent to me over the years started to make sense

Many of the messages I had over the years finally started to make sense. The trouble was, they were short and cryptic, and only made sense once I knew the context. But they were extremely accurate.

I have been told by others that they were to help awaken and guide me. (Which they have done a mind boggling job of doing.)

The Dakini have also, quite a few times, told me that they are loyal to me. They explained to me that before I reincarnated, I made an agreement with them that I would give them part of my energy in exchange for their help, guidance and protection. They thought this was a good agreement as this allowed them to more power to do things.

They also said I do not carry their energies as it would not have served my purpose here.

I’ve also, occasionally, sent them to help others, during times when I was tired and not up for doing the work needed to help others or clear attacks on them. I was constantly amazed that these people told me how they were contacted by the Dakini and verified my own experiences. I guess I shouldn’t be so amazed, really, not after all I’ve gone through and experienced, but there is always a small part of you that wonders just how much of it is really true.

There was also one time in 1996, when I asked them to prove to me that they were real. At the time, I just knew they claimed they were guides, but I wanted something to show me that it wasn’t in my mind. They told me I would have something in the next few minutes.

At the time, I was checking my car which was parked in a four hour zone for chalk marks, to see if it had been marked or not. As I approached it, this man, who I had never before said, if you’re looking for the chalk mark, it’s on that tyre. And so it was. I thanked him and he went on his way.

Was it coincidence, or someone just who was helpful? Something like that had not happened before, nor had it happened since, and I was told I would have proof.

My feeling was it was clearly that: Proof.

If anyone has had any similar experiences, I would love to hear about it.

Spirit Guides – Part 1 – If I can’t see them, can they possibly exist?

The following blog  is a 8 part series on on Spirit Guides, my experiences, and what you might do in order to contact your own.

Enjoy

Do spirit guides exist, and do we all have them?

This is one of those questions that I queried time and time again over the years. There was a point in my life where I not only believed that I did not have guides, but that if they did exist, they certainly wouldn’t be wasting their time on the normal person, and certainly, not on me.

I used to be quite the student of controversial author, Tuesday Lobang Rampa, and while many things he said were certainly debatable, he did say something on the subject of guides that stuck with me for a long time.

Why would a Native American or Indian, or what have you, suddenly rush back to be your guide when during their life, they had been treated with disdain? He was quite empathic about the fact that no one had spirit guides, and anything we heard was from our ‘overself’ or higher self, as it’s generally called. This made logical sense to me at the time, even though my own experiences were very different, but I tended to ignore them.

In those days, I would ignore most of my thoughts and experiences because they were too fantastical, improbable and completely impossible. Regardless of that, most of them have now been verified.

It was certainly a curiosity, though that he had his own guide in the form of a departed friend.

All that aside, however, I’ve always had that voiceless voice in my mind. It would always come unbidden, and carry on conversations with me with unique thoughts and ideas that I had not considered.

My life is as contrived as any bad Hollywood movie and if I was reading a book on myself, I would, no doubt, cringe on every sentence.

Something certainly did appear to be guiding me, and something certainly still does.

Personally, I’m in two minds about if guides are just our higher-self talking to us or if there are indeed spirits that spend their time hanging around us and giving advice and direction.

I also have to consider if it’s not a mental disorder. Perhaps there is something wrong with me, and I’m making this all up. Perhaps I want to believe so much that I’m making everything fit to make sense.

Still, if it is a disorder, then it’s an experience that is shared by many others.

Psychic empaths – Introduction

Empaths… whether or not you believe in them, they do exist, and they are out there. I’m not talking about your general person who can empathize with others, or those who say, yeah, tough break man (better them than me!), I’m talking about people who can pick up on the feelings of others and feel them so strongly that they believe they are their own.

Those are what I call high level empaths; someone who picks up on all the emotions and energies around them, and are overwhelmed to the point where they feel like they are drowning.

Right now, there’s not a lot of information that I’ve found out there on this subject, and there appears to be less on the psychic side of being an empath.

Many empaths are also psychic. More likely than not, their psychic abilities are enhanced by their empathy.

The purpose of this blog is to explore all sides of being an empath, and all sides of being psychic.
