Empath Series – Psychic attacks – Signs of my own attack or I really should consider another gig.

sad facePsychic attacks: Attacks by either people, or entities. Do they really exist?

For those who haven’t actually experienced them, I would not blame you for thinking that I’ve been watching too many horror movies. (I actually don’t enjoy watching them so I don’t.)

But until you’ve been under one, and then identified it as such, and then found a way to block it, it’s hard to even fathom that such a thing can exist, or be real.

Having said that: Like psychic attacks, Empaths are real, and they fall into the same type of category.

Personally, I’ve a very long history in regards to psychic attacks. I’ve had experts try to take me out, and yes, I know how deluded that sounds. (Mind you, those same experts will certainly verify what I just said; especially one I know reads this blog.)

To go into that story would take a book, and it’s not relevant to this particular blog. Suffice to say, I have plenty of experience in regards to such things, and what to do, and how to counter it. I’ve also done some curse breaking, though that is often a tricky business.

The past three years of my life have had their fair share of attacks on me. (Or moments of opportunity, as I prefer to call them, but then no one would know what the heck I was talking about.)

As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve experienced most types of depression, and while I can’t say I enjoyed any of it, it did give me deep insights into the causes, and what I needed to do to heal from it.

People might wonder, though, do I still get depressed?

The answer is, yes, I do, and it is exhausting. Life and being an Empath will do that to you. I also can come out of it just as quickly, especially as I know what I need to do.

However, there was one type of depression I was not having any luck with these past years, and that was a sense of hopelessness, coupled with spiritual and mental exhaustion.

I experienced the following signs: (as detailed in the previous entries.)

  • Things going wrong in clumps.

This means that too many things went wrong, including things that should not go wrong, or were dumped into my lap and made my problem, all at the same time. Too many things that would be against the law of probability. Then suddenly it clears… until the next time.

On a side note, the number triple six always comes up several times in a row just before such events occur. It has been doing that for around 25 years. And no, I am not religious or follow The Bible.

  • Thoughts being whispered into my mind.

These are more like negative feelings, such as: What is the point? Your partner will leave you. You’re not making a difference. And similar wonderful things being sent to my mind. At its worst, (and I’ve had this happen back in 1993), the thoughts try to convince me that everyone would be better off without me, and I should just throw myself under a train. A case is built that sounds reasonable, seductive and a poor me / victim mode kicks in where I sit there stewing and feeling sorry for myself.

Still, I’m a stubborn and tenacious bastard, so I don’t

  • Feeling drained and exhausted all the time.

This is actually the worst one. When my fatigue level gets too high, and I don’t get enough sleep, I will start to go into meltdown mode and even if I do get enough sleep, I can feel a distinct drain on my energy, as though the life and optimism is being sucked right out of me.

That was the one I struggled with on a constant basis for the past three years and it’s also something that many people describe when they are feeling depressed.

  • Interruptions whenever I was working on a project or something that I am doing to help others.

I was reminded of this one because that’s exactly what just happened. Someone will draw my attention away from what I’m doing, thereby delaying or stopping my stream of thought. This particular series seems to have had it come up a number of times now.

  • Seeing darkness or fog around me, or others.

If I stare from my third eye (the area above your eyes), I will sometimes see the room around me dim, or even fade to black.

If I use the same technique on someone who is under attack, their face will literally become hidden behind a black cloud. Until you see such a thing, it’s hard to imagine it. Still, I know I’m not the only one who has observed this.

My ex-partner, back in 2000 saw the exact same thing around her daughter’s face. What was interesting was that I did not mention that I had seen it, too.

Her daughter was under an attack, and cleared it by sending light to the darkness.

I’ve observed this quite a number of times, and every time I send light to that person, they will, without fail, suddenly get up a few minutes later, feeling much chipper and much better.

If the room goes dark, it’s generally because something negative is there.

Recently, while I was at work, I started seeing a white fog before my eyes. That was a new one. It didn’t feel good, though.

  • Sighing a lot and feeling a sense of despondence.

I would get this a lot, especially when I’m working on something like this. It’s a feeling that something does not want me to complete a project. At its worst, I get a sense of hopelessness, and it’s very difficult to fight it.

The thing about psychic attacks are that they attack you are your weakest point. They will home in on your guilt, your doubts, your fears and anything else that you have not resolved.

That is why I call them opportunities, because they reveal what your weaknesses are and allow you to deal with them.

Empath Series – Psychic attacks. Even more types or now I know what those levels mean.

Psychic attackTypes of psychic attacks – Part 2

Continuing on from part one, these are the rest of the types of attacks you may experience, especially as an Empath or Light-worker.

Psychic attacks come in many forms and many ways. While not everything is an attack, it’s worth bearing in mind that if you are feeling depressed, drained, and all joy has been removed from your being that it might well be the reason why you feel this way.

  • Circumstantial Timing attack. (High level)

Events happen that seem contrived and unlikely to occur at the point of time. Murphy’s Law sums it up with: If anything can go wrong, it will at the worst possible time.

However, some things that go wrong are things that aren’t even connected to you, but circumstances make it so.

This occurs when you are trying to focus on something which is very important, or when you’ve got a dead line to meet.

As mentioned, I was under severe psychic attack for the most part of my first 40 years, and towards the end, I was doing everything I could to discover the source and end them. I noticed that every time I spoke to someone who could help me (generally online), things would happen which would demand my immediate attention. I would deal with the issue, and something else would immediately turn up. They were things that weren’t my responsibility; however they were thrown into my lap.

Resolving those attacks eventually led to a final show down, which included seven other people helping me.

Circumstantial timing attacks are not only very frustration, but are also high stress and high pressure.

  • Balking attack (Medium level)

Stops certain things, events from happening or people from doing things. This may be an agreement you’ve made that you need to be carried out or something that will impact negatively upon you.

One recent example that came to mind was in 2012, when I was moving in with my partner. We found the perfect house, in the perfect location, and with great landlords, who were going to be away for two years, which was the exact amount of time we were looking at for leasing.

My partner said: This is our house the moment she saw it, and it all fell into place. Then, at the last moment, the circumstances changed, and suddenly the land lord was only going to be away for six months.

My partner, to this day, is adamant that someone pulled some serious strings to screw this up for us. I happen to agree.

  • Direct attack (Medium level)

A physical manifestation of some kind such as noises or things disappearing or moving. I don’t experience those ones all that much, but they are used to either spook or freak out people. Normally used by entities. As it takes a lot to scare me, I rarely experience them. (Though, remember, objects disappearing can be also attributed to shifting timelines.)

  • Residue attacks (Low level)

These are like psychic time bombs. The attacker leaves elemental though-forms will affect people who are in its immediate presence. Often a sensitive can detect it as a tingling or an uncomfortable feeling. It may keep people away or even put them into a bad mood for no apparent reason.

  • Planting seeds of doubt (low level)

This is a very common attack. In fact, I’d say one of the most common as many are subject to it. They feel or hear voices in their head that are depressingly seductive and negative, often trying to convince the subject that they are a bad person and the world would be better off without them.

It is possible that more than one method might be used and that you could be attacked on all levels at once.

Still unsure what the low, medium and high meant, I decided to ask my guide.

Details noted below:

What are the levels? What do they mean?

You there?

Yes, what do you mean?

I mean the psychic attacks. They say low level, medium level and high level. What does that mean?

They refer to the energy involved in making the attacks occur. Some take more energy and time than others. High level indicates a lot of energy while low level indicates that a minimum of energy is required.

So they don’t have anything to do with astral levels?

No. Astral levels simply are places where they come from. Also, the higher an attack, the more expertise needed to make it happen. While low level might be deceptive in the way it’s named, it is still considered the basic attack which can be done by most.

Now we know the basics of those types of attacks, though no doubt there are more types. We’ll be looking at how to deal with them for the next entries.

Next: Details on my own recent psychic attacks.

Empath Series – Psychic attacks. Hitchhikers or I don’t recall inviting you in.

HItchhiking spider
Drawing by Mari

Back in 1999, I was with my then wife and  her 12 year old daughter in our kitchen when I noticed something small and black flash in the air about a foot from my stomach. I only caught a glimpse of it and it was gone. It wasn’t a fly or any kind of flying bug and we had the lights on, so the area was well lit.

Every few minutes or so, I’d catch another glimpse of it and on the third or forth time, I said out loud: What is that?!

My wife said:  What?

But my step daughter said: There’s something black spinning around dad.

She described it as a spider.

I was somewhat surprised that she saw what I saw, and even more surprised how nonchalant she was about it. However, it did validate what I was seeing, and that it wasn’t just a trick of the light, or my imagination.

Still, I had no clue what it was, and the black thing disappeared pretty much afterwards.

I tried to find out what it was, but didn’t get very far. In fact, one lovely chap used it as an excuse to attack me on my spirituality. (Haters gotta hate I guess.)

It wasn’t until 2004 that I discovered more information.  I had met a psychic in a spiritual chat room. She saw me for who I was, and recognized my energies, which was rare back in those days. (As it was, I was being set up for a major attack, but that’s another story, perhaps for another time.)

So I connected with her, and discovered that she was one of the most psychic people I had met to date.

She was able to look at my aura from another country (you might call it remote viewing) and she saw that several large black entities had made their home in my body. They were spider like with long hooked tentacles which wrapped and hooked around my body.

During an evening session over the phone, she worked to remove the parasite by covering it in a sparkly golden aura, lifting it gently and dropping it onto another sparkling golden layer. She made sure she got every part as she said that any part left behind would just grow again. She then asked for her guides to remove the parasite.

This lady also had awakened me to my powers, and I realized that everything I had experienced and done was not just fantasy, but actually real.  So from then on, I used my abilities, and trusted what I saw.

Looking at my own aura, I found that I carried many of these hitch hikers and by going within, I was able to gain a visual to what was there.  I was able to use a spiritual sword to remove these entities. Each time I removed a piece, I felt my body convulse in what can only be described as a kind of sick shock. It was the sensation of metallic apple juice which had gone off leaving my body.

The interesting thing was that after I had removed everything I could, I felt much lighter and people reacted to me in a very different and positive way.

I call these entities hitchhikers. I have not yet quite fathomed what their purpose is though I do know they can and do affect your energies and can cause corruption. I theorize that being such as these may make you more susceptible to astral attacks.

Maybe they are just parasites, and need to feed off energies.

I remember one time; the left side of my stomach was hurting. I looked and saw a large black hitch hiker in the area. I removed it and was amazed to feel the pain dissipate right away.

Another incident that happened was when a friend was complaining of back ache. She was in the USA so I took a look using remote viewing. I saw a large black spider covering the length of her back. I asked her to look without telling her any details and she told me she saw a spider. I removed it and she confirmed she felt the difference without me saying anything to her when I had done it.

She wondered if she had picked it up while she mind travelled through space while she was at work, as she used this method to keep herself from getting bored.

I decided I’d ask the lady who had removed my hitch hikers about it. She knew about the astral spiders and said that they normally got picked up when you mind travel through space.  As I hadn’t mentioned any details, this was a good confirmation. She also told me that these spiders tend to lay astral eggs in their host.

On a final note, I’ve noticed that in the past, people would exorcise bad spirits by making a ‘te te te’ sound.  This sound, when done properly and with the intention of trying to expel something from within, produces the same sensation (and sound) that I described while removing the entities with my spiritual sword. That leads me to conclude that even though it may have been forgotten, that was the original purpose behind that ritual.

Next: Types of psychic attacks.

Empath Series: Psychic attacks or why am I feeling so drained?

This particular topic might well come across as controversial, (though, by now, you’ve probably come to expect that from me) but those who have experienced it will tell you that they are real, and those who haven’t will more than likely scoff.

The subject is psychic attacks, and, like Empaths, sounds like something lifted out of either fantasy, or the horror genre.

However, let me assure you that they are real.

But what is a psychic attack?

In a nutshell, it’s an attack on a psychic level that attacks your weakest points. Supposing, for instance, you feel guilty about some action you have taken, the psychic attack will magnify that feeling to the point where you will bring your life to a standstill.

The key to stopping the attack is identifying the source, and the source can either be human, or something on the astral levels.

If the source is human, it’s often done with deliberation. As surprising as it may seem, the attacker knows exactly what they are doing, and they are doing it maliciously.

Due to the work that I do, and the reasons I am here, I’ve made some people rather upset, and I have certainly experienced attacks on me. These entries will not be about those attacks, though.

On the astral levels, the kind of beings that attack you may be negative entities that sees you as a threat, or negative astral beings that uses the negative energy generated to feed themselves.

This is a topic that all Empaths, and especially those who consider themselves Light-workers, should be aware of.

Psychic attacks lead to energy drains, depression, exhaustion, and a sense of hopelessness that there is no point to anything.

Do not be spooked by them, though. As devastating as they can be,  and as scary as they sound, they can be dealt with, and they are also amazing opportunities for growth and identifying your weak spots that you may wish to work on.

This series will take a look at what types of attacks there are and what you can do about them.

Q&A – A connection to nature or the trees talk to me, but I don’t listen to them.

realm of the nature spirits (Photo credit: AlicePopkorn)

If you have any topics you want to know more about, please ask.

This week’s question come from J, a wonderful person I know from the Empath Support Forums.

She asks.

When you talk of setting boundaries, does it work with something like plants? Do all psychic empaths feel the vibrations from plants? Like they perhaps do from animals?

I’m not into nature worship or wiccan rituals etc. etc. However, I had a huge tree for a friend when young but after someone came and cut it down, I was too traumatised to have a friend that ‘died’ so easily and could do nothing to protect itself despite its size. I stuck to humans after that, often with disastrous consequences. I’m usually fairly oblivious to the vibrations from trees and plants. I don’t pay attention to them (the vibrations). However, recently, one night, I came down with a strange heaviness across my back and shoulders, which seemed to weigh steadily, steadfastly. I could not find a reason for this pain, which was very peculiar, sort of diagonal in its spread. Early next morning, during my walk in the park, my body was pulled in a particular direction where I saw a slightly delicate plant almost flattened out by a thick branch of a big tree around it, which had fallen on it, diagonally. The pain in my back and shoulders grew as I walked around the place. It got unbearable and I sensed that it sort of reached me from the plant that now lay almost prostrated. I managed to get rid of the heavy branch with some help, restored the smaller tree to some of its normal posture and gradually the pain in my back and across my shoulders eased off.  Within an hour it was gone. I’m glad i was able to help out ‘a tree in need’ but one needs to have boundaries or there would be too much of an encroachment upon oneself with physical manifestations in terms of some illness or the other. Any thoughts on this?

-J

Thanks, J.

In my experience and studies, I find that plants and animals are very different in energy to people. For those who are sensitive, they can see the energies around trees, flowers, etc, and for those who are seers, they can sense and see what we call nature spirits, and what others call fairies, etc.

Are they real? You bet your bottom dollar they are.

The main difference between the human collective consciousness and that of nature’s collective consciousness is that they are very much aware of their oneness with all. Nature has a voice, and much wisdom is there for those who are capable of hearing.

As bizarre as this might sound (and without seeing your photo), some people are nature spirits incarnated into human bodies.

If you sense a resonance with trees and plants, chances are you are connected in some way to those levels or to the Gaia energy.

You are clearly very sensitive when it comes to nature energy. Having a tree for a friend is not something too many have as a child in my experience. Also, you are extremely psychic, which tends to be another sign.

While nature can look after itself quite nicely, it does call for help. Though its destiny cannot be perverted or prevented, it does seem it calls on others to assist from time to time.

Personally, I feel this was a wakeup call for you. It was to make you aware of your connection to nature. Boundaries certainly can be set, and you can ask to be left alone, but I don’t feel this is what you should do in this case.

There is another world out there… an amazing and powerful world of wisdom, healing and evolution. If you can re-connect to it, it can be a great blessing in your life, though also be aware that it can increase the sense of isolation from being human.

An excellent series of books on this topic has been written by Michael J Roads. It might well be worthwhile looking him up.

Just remember, just as nature can draw on your help and energy, it can also give you energy, and healing, and a sense of peace and oneness.

Psychic reading: Tips on what to look for or those readings leave me cold.

English: Psychic reader booth at the Canadian National Exhibition midway August 2008. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Sylvia Browne being in the news in regards to her wrong reading about Amanda Berry being dead is a cautionary tale about psychics.

This isn’t going to be a blog ragging on these kinds of people. There are already enough of them out there on this subject, and, anyway, psychics who scam with cold readings really annoy me because they hurt people, and also those who are truly genuine psychics by bringing them into disrepute.

This topic is about those who actually do have some abilities, but are not discriminatory about their sources.

There’s an odd perception by the public at large that if something comes from a spirit, or a guide, or a ghost, or what have you, it must be true.

Those who believe in psychic readings will latch onto every piece of information they receive, which can be to their detriment.

There are certain things that really one should bear in mind if one ever consults a psychic.

The future is not set in stone. In fact, there is no future as such. (Yes, the old time is an illusion thing) All there is, is the eternal ‘now’ it’s being created and recreated every moment by our thoughts, words and actions.

A psychic reading might well pull you onto a path you did not intend by making you create what you expect to happen, based on that information.

Remember, reality creates belief, and belief create reality.

There are many beings and entities out there on the astral levels. Not all of them are interested in working for the good of people, and some are just mischievous, or even malevolent.

Also, just because a psychic is passing on a message, it doesn’t mean they actually have the full story. One thing I have learned from my own experiences is that bringing down information to this level is really a challenge. Often, one needs to be attuned, and sometimes the information coming through is clearer than other times. And really, you simply can’t be ‘on’ full time. Not unless you are willing to risk psychic burn out, which is a very unpleasant state to be in.

And supposing, just for the sake of arguments, your messages are crystal clear, it doesn’t necessarily follow that the entity delivering the message actually knows what they are talking about. Not everything is clear to those in the astral, and not all information is readily available. At least, not on this level.

I know when I need to find out information, I have to ask my guides to look into it, and a few days later, I will get an answer if they are successful. Sometimes, it can take years!

I am pretty sure that there are genuine psychic readers out there, based on my own experience.

A few years back, I attended a Mind, Body and Spirit Expo with a couple of people I had met in a spiritual chat room.

In the afternoon, there was a man called Jason McDonald  (If I recall the name correctly) who was doing group spirit readings. Needless to say, I was quite skeptical, as I am want to be.

However, he said he was getting the smell of freshly cut lawn, and asked if that meant anything to anyone. It did to one of the ladies I was with, and she was told it was her father and she got some messages passed on.

Afterwards she said that before the readings, she had asked her father that if he came though, to indicate it by using freshly cut grass.

After the session, the other lady, Maureen, said she wanted to find out if he was genuine, and so she want to where a group had gathered around him to ask him questions.

I was hanging around in the back with her, when Jason asked if there was a Maureen in the crowd. She went up to the front, and then, for no apparent reason, I was called to join her.

He asked us what we were looking for, but I had no answers to that question. I can’t recall Maureen’s response, but suddenly he said: Hang on, you’re just testing to see if I’m genuine or not.

As I was walking away, I felt a presence right behind me. I felt it was probing me to find out who I was. I probed it back and it became aware that I could sense it, and left right away. My sense was that it was a lower level being or entity that while, not malicious, was not considered on a guide or angel level either.

So I’m pretty sure that genuine readings do exist.

If you ever get one, just remember to run everything through your feelings. If it doesn’t

feel right, it’s not the information you need.
