What happens during a session?

What a typical session will be like.

What happens in your session is often dependent on what you want to achieve.

Photo.

I can read energies from your photo or when I see you on video (using a medium such as Zoom or a selfie.)

It would be helpful if you could provide a photo before the session so I can prepare.

A headshot with space around you is best.

To begin with…

I don’t normally ask many questions to begin with. I prefer to see what I can read. I am around 98% accurate.

However, if you have something specific you need me to work on, or have certain questions, please let me know as soon as you can. That allows me to focus on those issues.

We discuss the causes.

After I’ve done my reading and assessment, we can discuss the causes of your feelings.

I will then recommend what Bach Flower Remedies would help you. When the right ones are chosen, the healing can be very fast and dramatic.

Then we do some clearing.

Near the end of our session, I may ask permission to connect to you and do some energy clearing and healing.

Most people will feel a shift in their moods during the session and say they feel much lighter.  I will also continue working on you for the next day or so. Many have reported that when they wake up the next morning, they feel so much better.

Calls can be recorded for later listening.

A session has a lot of information packed into it. So much that it may not be possible to remember everything.

I use Zoom to record calls for you to listen to later.

This is done by default. Please let me know if you do not wish to have this service.

What if my session feels like a lot to process?

My intention is always to make each session as complete and supportive as possible, and for many clients, one session is enough.

That said, I often share a lot of insight and guidance during a session, and it can sometimes feel like a lot to process all at once. This is why I send a full written summary afterwards, so you can revisit everything in your own time.

If you begin to feel overwhelmed during the session, or if things continue to shift afterward, we may discuss whether a second session would be supportive. This is never about creating unnecessary appointments. It is simply about making sure you feel clear, grounded, and properly supported.

Clients who have chosen a follow-up session often experience a more fluid process, stronger results, and helpful refinements as things unfold.

You are always in control of what feels right for you.
