Guides

A question that comes up a lot for me is how do you speak to your spirit guides? Can you communicate with them telepathically? What are the signs? How do you hear your guides in your mind? In this two part series, we look at ways that guides may communicate with us.

Repeated Short Messages

One type of communication, that I have always gotten, comes in the form of repeated short messages.

These are often just a few words that are repeated over and over again, until I finally understand them.

There is no time limit on them. Some of my messages have been going on since the 80s and show no signs of slowing down.

I have never quite identified the source of them, but they are what I call the ‘pure’ messages.

They can’t be stopped. They happen anytime there is a ‘quiet’ moment. It’s like someone put them on a tape loop.

Where do Past Life Memories come from?

Past life memories

Past life memories

For this entry, we are going to take a brief look at past life memories and if they are real. If memory is stored in our brain, then past life recollections could not be there as the body did not exist at that time.

So where does it come from? Is it real?

This is what we will explore.

Three stages

According to Wikipedia: Memory is the faculty of the brain by which information is encoded, stored, and retrieved when needed.

There are said to be three stages to memory. Sensory, short-term and long-term.

As far as I’m aware, past life memories are not accounted for. You could argue that they don’t exist, and it’s the product of an imagination.

However, the experience of certain people, I have known, tells me that there has to be another source other than the brain.

Previous memories

These people claim to have been bound to human bodies for many millenniums. While their bodies will die, their awareness and memories do not. When they find themselves in a new body, they retain their previous memories as well.

Seven tips for being a Medium

Tips for Mediums

Tips

So, you’ve found out you’re a Medium. Someone who can sense things, see potential futures (or timelines), or you get messages to pass onto others. In this entry, we look at seven tips for being a Mediums. What you should do to safeguard yourself and get the best from this ability.

Are Mediums real?

I used to go back and forth quite a bit on the question of are Mediums real?

Yes, there are certainly plenty of fakes out there who use the cold reading techniques or use other various tricks in order to attempt to fool or scam people. I feel such people are the scum of the Earth and are manifesting some really bad Karma for themselves.

But this is not for them. I have also come across many genuine psychics and mediums. Those who have real abilities. They don’t use a vague, twenty questions, guessing game in order to get information that could apply to anyone. They are very good and have consistent results.

It takes energy

The thing about Mediums or psychic abilities is that it’s very rare for them to be active all the time. It takes energy and it’s the psychic type.

A Comprehensive Guidebook for Empaths – And it’s free.

The Empath Guidebook (and Bach Flower Remedies for Empaths) – 2nd Edition.

Free does not mean worthless.

The name might not roll of the tongue, but I feel it’s still my best work to date.

The original Empath Guidebook was written around 2012 and offered as a free download.

This 381 page version has been edited and expanded upon. If you are into Bach Flower Remedies (and as an Empath, they are your best friend), this is a wonderful resource for you as it goes into great detail on what remedies work for the Empath and why.

This book is available on Amazon as a Kindle and paperback version. However, I am offering it as a free PDF download as well.

Why free?

Because I truly believe it will benefit every Empath who reads it. Both new and advanced ones.

I believe such knowledge should be freely available. Yes, the option to buy it exists, but that’s only if you desire a book you can hold in your hands or wish to support my work.

Sugar Cravings – an update

Short term success

In my last blog entry, I espoused the wonders of taking turmeric.

My sugar cravings had vanished. My appetite was good, but I did not feel the need to snack between meals.

I lost a significant amount of weight and became very enthusiastic.

I cut out anything sweet that I was taking, including supplements and kept on taking the Turmerix in my coffee.

It was going well, but then, I noticed that my sugar cravings were returning. What was more, I was starting to get hungry again and felt the need to snack.

Those bars of chocolates and packs of chips became harder and harder to resist.

I wondered if it was just something that naturally happened every so often, but the need did not seem to decrease. It only became worse.

I became quite dispirited and discouraged. I could not work out why it had stopped working.

I’d like to say that I was able to resist the occasional snack, chocolate, etc, but I’d be lying if I did. I figured that maybe it was just what my body needed, and if I indulged, the craving would go away.

Sadly, that was not the case.

The missing link

Then it occurred to me that maybe I should still be taking something I had cut out. Continue reading “Sugar Cravings – an update”

Sugar cravings – Can Turmeric really help?

Adding Turmeric to my diet

Twice a year, we get the Mind, Body and Spirit festival here in Melbourne. Every so often, I like to go along because you never know what you might find.

I went this year in June (2018) and came across a product called Turmerix FAST. The FAST stands for Fast Acting Soluble Turmeric.

I’ve never come across this before as a health supplement, but I was sold by the enthusiasm of the young girl at the stall, so I bought a 350g tub for AUD80.00.

As someone who is always looking for cures and ways to improve my health, I’ve tried many different products. Few have actually delivered what they promised.

Turmeric also promises a range of health benefits such helping arthritis, helping cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. This may or may not be true. I suggest doing your own research on that. I do plan to start using it on my mother for her back pain, so I’ll see how that goes.

I’m only on my second week of taking this supplement but there was just one thing that has blown me away that I just had to write about.

I suffer from sugar cravings. It’s very hard for me to go a week without craving chocolate or junk food. If I stop eating it, the cravings might go, but, like an alcoholic, just a taste will get me hooked again.

For someone who watching his diet to lose weight, you can imagine this makes life challenging. What’s worse, chocolate will make me itchy which drives me crazy while I try and sleep. I know it’s bad for me, but all that is forgotten when I’m taking that sweet, sweet bite of that Cadbury bar that they make so well here in Australia.

Coffee

So the morning after I bought Turmerix FAST, I put a spoonful of it into my morning coffee and drank it. It was surprisingly palatable.

What was even more surprising was that I noticed, instantly, after drinking it, my sugar cravings went away. It wasn’t as though they were suppressed, I found that I no longer desired it. In fact, the very thought of having chocolate or sweets made me literally feel ill.

Image result for coffee flat whiteI also found that I wasn’t hungry. It was as though my appetite was normal. As long as I ate a sensible diet, I wouldn’t become hungry and binge on junk food.

I continued to add a heaped teaspoon in my coffee twice a day. By the third day, I found that my coffee was now tasting too sweet. Over time, I had increased my sugar from two teaspoons per cup to three and a half or more. Now there was too much sugar for me so I reduced it to one but it was still sweet. At the start of the second week, I just cut it out altogether. As Turmerix FAST is naturally sweetened, I found I didn’t need sugar at all.
